Sliding Scale for Summer Camp

New to ZoomDance in 2026

ZoomDance will be using sliding scale pricing this year rather than our traditional scholarship program. We hope for this to be an opportunity for more families to experience the magic of ZoomDance Summer Camp without fiscal barriers. We are committed to the joyful expression of children, and believe opening up the option of sliding scale will allow our community to grow in unexpected and beautiful ways.

10% sibling discount for each additional kid.

Extended Care

* This can be added later after registration, up until one week prior to your camp week, then it is only space-permitting and is $9/morning, $25/afternoon.

Here’s how it works: 

The true cost of running camp is $450/week.

We are offering a tiered pricing arrangement to accommodate a wider variety of budgets, if for any reason these price points do not fit your budget, please contact us directly and we will work to make other arrangements with you.

If you usually contribute to the scholarship program or are able to afford a higher camp rate, we ask that you add to your total, either through Sawyer (there will be an option to put in extra at the end) or through Venmo/Zelle (see below for code)

Sliding Scale Tiers:

– Tier A…. $200/week
– Tier B….. $250/week
– Tier C….. $300/week
– Tier D….. $350/week
– Tier E….. $400/week
– Base Tier….. $450/week
– Tier I….. $475/week
– Tier II….. $500/week
– Tier III….. $550/week
– Tier IV….. $600/week
– Tier V…… $650/week

How to Register: 

Click the “Register” button at the top of our site. It will direct you to Sawyer, our online registration software. You’ll enter your family’s info and select your weeks to attend.

If $450 is exactly the right amount for your family, Sawyer will walk you through the whole process including payment!

If you’d like to use a Sliding Scale Tier either above or below the $450 mark, you’ll still register through Sawyer, then there are three options for payment:

1) Choose “deposit” at the payment step. This will charge you $100/week. Then email us the Tier you’d like to use this year, and we will update your balance due. camp@zoomdance.org

2) At the payment step, enter code SLIDINGSCALE which will zero out your cost on Sawyer. We will handle payment over Zelle, with a check, or can still take a credit card if you’ve entered that info in Sawyer. We can set the correct amount for you on any of these methods, and/or set up a payment plan schedule so that it’s not all charged at once.

3) If you like doing math, and are using Tiers I-V, you can register through Sawyer, and in the payment step add an additional amount to your registration. This is also a great way to contribute just a flat fee to the sliding scale system, too.

Parties at Your Location

• Small parties of up to 12 kids (one teacher) – $190
• Larger parties with 13-25 kids (two teachers) – $255
• Is the party for a larger group? Email us for custom options.

Staff Travel Fee

We add a $30 travel fee for parties 30 minutes or more from our office in South Philly.

Parties at The Dandelion Project

• Small parties up to 12 kids (one teacher) – $340
• Larger parties with 13-25 kids (two teachers) – $405
• Setup and cleanup services – $55
